4x4 ECU in a 2x 3.4 conversion

Can I use a 4x4 ECU or does it have to be a 2 wheel drive ECU for a 99 3.4 auto 2wd convesion.

Yes you can, you will just have some spare wires like for the ADD and transfer case and shifter.
