Brake line modification

Brake line modification
Soo finally after finishing my SAS, now tackling little loose end things. I was wondering what anyone has done on their SAS as far as the front brakes? I want to get rid of the hard line and just use the stainless braided brake lines but cannot seem to find a fitting that fits the toyota calipers and that the braided line can screw in to?!?! Anyone else had this problem or fix ideas? Thanks in advance.

They are the lines that came with the IFS Eliminator Kit. I just figured there was a 90 degree fitting you could buy somewhere, that would screw into the toyota caliper and that these lines would as well screw onto, eliminating the short piece of hard tubing that came factory on the truck.

Since the fittings are metric, you won't find much in the way of off-the-shelf adapters like that. Could piece something together for around $30/side. But most folks just keep the hard line run up to a bracket on the axle then attach the s/s line there. Less likely for the flex line to be damaged and it does not need to be as long or have to move as much with steering that way:

X2 There's a reason that the flex line doesn't attach to the caliper right there. It must be diverted away from the moving rim/tire throughout the steering cycle.

Thanks 4Crawler, I see your point. I was just wonderin what everybody else was doing or had come up with. I dont have a problem leaving the hard lines on there, just thought the less fittings/connections the less room for leaks and soo on. Appreciate the input guys!
