Great idea and all, but if you are going to custom build EVERYTHING anyway, why not start with a used vehicle and save $25+k off the build cost. I guess since its commercial and not private sector having a "new" title on it is important for business reasons, even more so than being able to do it at half the cost.
That cummins install looks OEM . . . very clean. Wonder what they did for the bellhousing.

I can't remember what the word I'm looking for is, but with a buisness they want to report annual depreciation of a new item as an expense for tax reasons. If the item isn't new to begin with I think its much more difficult for them to report the depreciation of the item as an expense against their income. The front housing looks like a Diamond axle or one using the same design. It's for sure a hand built unit.
