I am going to hollister hills Jan. 14th 2006. i am planning on meeting Marko (marko3xl3) at the ranger station at 10am. air down and go to the obstical course from there. i'll be on CB channel 3 if you come up late. i figure we will play in the obstical course for a bit, have a quick brownbag lunch and then hit some trails. let me know if anyone wants to join.

Yeap, I am in. I hope we are gonna find enough people to make this worth a while. Don't make me bring out my PM cannon either!

Anyways, if anyone wants to post this on other forums, you are more than welcome to. We had a bunch of Jeep people last time and it was a blast.

Go check out the Trails and Trips reports section for past outings.

Marko

I met up with you guys last year for that. A lot of fun and a lot of nice people.

I wish I could go again, but I can't make it that sunday. I have Saturday free though. Should be nice and muddy out there too.

as for the 14th, I will have to wait and see what my work schedule is. Hopefully I can make it out there as I have been really longing to get my truck muddy. It hasn't gotten muddy since the "incident" last feb.

I am brand new to Cali from Eastern WA but I might be up for a little journey down there. It's only 121 miles away from here according to Mapquest. I want to do some recon on the motorcycle track there as well. We'll see what my schedule is like.

My 4R is pretty much stock and I have never off-roaded my 4R before, so this should be fun. I'm about a 45 min drive from HH. I rode my quads there once but never a vehicle.

You should've been there last time then! That was the best time for very stock trucks. The soil was nicely packed and not too wet. You could easily get up truck hill and five fingers, but if this next trip will be on a wet day, I dunno :/.

I am still planning on going unless something comes up, ie. work, so I hope it won't be too muddy. I8Cleanin'UpMud.

That sounds good, I gotta see how things with school and work go, but I might be able to get some others.

If anyone can make it I think I'm going to the Monster Truck Jam in San Fran after this little outing.

Not me, that's for sure...that looks like something for a very modified truck.

Yeah, I know for sure that my truck wouldn't make it through there.
