Thinking about buying a 1980 4x4 sr5

Hi I am 18 and I am looking into buying a 1980 SR5 pickup. the guy wants $1200, but I'm gonna talk him down. It has a 20r engine, with 190k on it, has headers that wont pass smog, the hood and one of the fenders is a different color, the grill isn't original, we took it for a test drive and the clutch didn't have any fluid so it wouldn't go into gear, possibly needs a new head gasket, has most of the dash all of the dash pieces which is awesome, the tires are pretty bald aswell, has current tags, the axles are pretty rusty and no power steering. It would be great if you guys could help get a price on it.
