Save The Hammers campaign continues

Even though the CFAl4Wheel OHV lobby days are over, we are continuing to encourage all members to use our Action Center to write letters regarding the possible expansion of the US Marines' Twentynine Palms base. If the Marines follow through with their plans, the iconic Johnson Valley trails could be lost. Go to the Action Center to write your letter. If you think about the 10,000's of thousand of folks who attended the recent King of the Hammers (KOH) race instead hitting up trails in the surrounding areas, you are increasing congestion and usage all around the state. Then that just gives more impetus to the eco-folks looking to close down areas that are too heavily used that overuse damage is occurring.

It even figures out who they are based upon your California address, not sure what it does for out of state folks.
