If I was inclined to disable ABS, I'd probably look for the ABS fuse that runs either the ABS pump or ABS computer (assuming that it's not integrated in your ECM).
Then I'd possibly consider putting a switch or a switch/relay combination in-line with said fuse.

Not only does it disable ABS, but TRAC and VSC. Nice to be able to turn off all the nannies.

This is spooky business, but I can understand the desire to disable the "STAR" system in certain conditions.
Just be aware, if an accident occurs... You will be liable for damages if it's found the "STAR" system has been disabled.
