46000 production = higher value

Just wondering if a 1st year production equals higher value, & appreciation like a corvette? 46000 is very little, compared to 200,000 of other models.

Not likely but they'll hold their value well for longer than say a comprable 4Runner.

True Limited models either on purpose like Acura's Integra Type R (less than 4000) or Toyota's last gen Supra turbos (less than 7000 total imported) have depreciated very little but haven't gained in value also and I wouldn't expect any first year car unless it's production was only a few thousand and then again it depends on the vehicle.
