shackle broke, will chevy work?

my shackle broke on my 94 t100 4x4 and i need a new one but cant find one anywhere, i was wondering if chevy shackles would fit in it place?

Chevy shackles are typically a different design:


and also would likely not have the metric shackle pins like stock.
