Best spark plugs for a '97 3.4L supercharged?
I'm putting new spark plugs into my '97 T100 3.4L with a supercharger. What would you folks suggest? They are going to be Denso. I just need to know which type.

Stock spark plugs are NOT the best plugs to use on a supercharged 3.4l.
For a supercharged engine, you're best off getting Denso Iridium IK-22's, which are 2-steps cooler than stock plugs. Cooler plugs will help prevent cylinder knock (especially if you don't have a piggyback control unit to retard your timing). They're pricey, but they're the best.
Also, make sure to gap them to .032", which has worked great for many people running IK-22's and a supercharger.

This is exactly the information I needed. I am getting some knock even with the highest octane I can get.

TRD 3.4l Supercharger Wiki
Basically if you want to get rid of your ping and get some more horsepower you should take a very serious look at the URD 7th injector kit. It will run you a little over $1300 when you include an AFR gauge, but will fix all of your problems and give you the overhead for another 50 horsepower or so.

BTW, don't bother with the Denso Copper 5062's if you see them on the URD website. Yes, they are cheaper than the Iridiums and still 2-steps cooler, but they don't last as long or gap as well as the Iridiums. I've tried both and the Iridiums win hands down (even though they're twice as expensive).

Also, when you install the Iridiums, make sure you tighten the cap on top of the spark plug good and tight (don't be afraid to grab it with some sharp pliers). If the cap is loose (or loosens from the vibration of the engine) it will play hell with your ignition system and give you all sorts of misfires and loss of power under boost (ask me how I know).

Thanks. I have ordered the Denso IK22 Iridium Spark Plugs. I spent some time reading about the 7th injector system on URD. Cool stuff but too many ducats for now.

Changed the plugs today
I put the new plugs in today. Three of the six old plugs where finger tight. One was very loose. One was snug and one fought me all the way out. It is amazing what you find when your work on these things after others have worked on them.
When I fired it up it was smooth. Had never run that well before. I hope the misfire codes are gone now.

I did coat them with anti-seize. I did not know what the torque spec was (should have checked the FSM). I will go back and torque them this weekend.
I cleared the codes and took it out on the highway for a test drive. So far, no CEL. I expect the P0170 (system too lean) to pop up but I don't want any other codes.
I got approval from the home banker to get whatever is needed to solve the lean-out and ping problems. I have already ordered a Walbro 190 LPH pump kit. Next will be Supra injectors if I can get the right part number. I know URD has the Bosch 318cc injectors. My experience with Bosch products has not been that great. I would rather find Denso injectors. Oddly, I ran a calculation using this injector calc site. My numbers are: Injectors: 6, BSFC:0.65 (super/turbo charged), Duty cycle: 0.80 and Horsepower: 275. The calc says I should use 391cc injectors. I wonder why URD says 318cc is enough.
Anyway, after the new pump and injectors I will start looking at the piggyback modules out there so I can tune away the ping and lean problems.
Are we having fun yet? You bet!

I need some new plugs guys. I've got a blower on my 3.4. I was using 2 step colder denso ik22 coppers but can't find them locally. Anyone know if NGK makes a 2 step cooler plug that is equivalent to the densos?
