maf meter and dashpot problems

so ive replaced the dash pot a long time ago and the maf 3 times since ive had my toyota about 4 years now.
this is what is happening again.
sometimes when i accelerate it will just flat out cut out and bog down and ill have to push the clutch in let it drop down then let clutch out.
if i dont do that and just wait it comes back but super hard.
it just falls flat on its face then bam its back sometimes right away sometimes not all and i have to clutch it.

then anothe problem is when im cruising in gear with very slight throttle and let off the gas it decelerates then kinda gives a kick down and when i accelerate again it kicks back. which is very annoying when im in the slightly on/off throttle speed on some roads or in traffic. its like wham on its face then wham it wakes up.

i cant figure out what is wrong with it for the life of me. every time it does this ill deal with it for a while getting worse then the mass air just poops out.
but the slightly onn off throttle problem has always been there. i actually took the little vaccumm filter off the diaghram thing that the throttle kicks back into off the truck and it was better kinda but it still does it.

im just so tired of the driveablilty of the fuel injection on this truck that i want to sell it.
someone help me out. im mechanically smart. i just dont want this problem anymore. thinking of spending the money and switching to megasquirt. lol

Any stored codes in the ECU?

Cut out might be a bad fP contact in the AFM or a bad/intermittent connection of that wire between the AFm and ECU, I had the exact same problem and it was indeed a bad connection, the ECU code pointed me right to it. Might try the fuel pump test jumper to see if the problem goes away:

On/off problem might be the TPS adjustment:
