Question 98 4Runner rear window/wiper electrical issue & fuse?

Anyone know which fuse to pull or have suggestions on how to fix the gremlin living in the rear window & rear wiper control for my 98 4runner? Both had stopped working for about a week, then worked intermittently...and now the window is down. Not good timing for this Alaska girl as it is getting cold and the snow is starting to fly! I don't have the manual and the fuse boxes don't have any markings for this particular area of the vehicle....?

Here is a link to Toyota Factory Service Manuals. I think there is a small fee but only one that I could find that should have the one for a 98 4Runner. If you had a truck could send you the link directly. Hope it helps..but maybe someone else will be able to help you out a little more directly.

There might be a fuse box under your hood over the left front fender too...

What part of Alaska are you in? Just curious as I was stationed at Ft. Richardson for 3 years. Loved it up there and would move back if my wife did hate the cold so much..
