3.4l swap tach mod.?

I was just wondering if anyone one had pics, and a small write up about what i need to do. I just finished my swap and that tach isnt working. I know i need a 10k res. but i dont know where to add onto the cluster or anything. I have been sitting at this computer for hours looking for it. Ive seen a lot about it but no one ever post any pics of it. Thank you

And for anyone swapping a Taco 3RZ into a 22RE rig, this works too. But the placement of the resistor is different. Ill look for the pic of the guy who did it.

That's the tach for the 89-95 gen trucks, if you have an 84-88 gen truck here's a pic of that: http://www.trailslesstraveled.com/me...ms/tachmod.jpg

The hardest part is getting the tach out. I'd recommend using very thin solder, (.032 dia) and a soldering iron with a point tip. Try not to get the board any hotter than nessesary.
