Ended up replacing
clutch disc
pressure plate
flywheel
throwout bearing
pilot bearing
rear main seal
tranny input shaft seal
slave cylinder
master cylinder
pressure line running between the two....
changing oil pan gasket this evening ...
guess I won't be doing as much hydro assist gathering as I thought right now, haha..

2005 Hilux MK6:
-Just got the 2" leveling kit installed up front (strut spacers).
-The fender flares are getting painted and will be installed in the next few days.
-TRD decals
-Rear bumper
-I'd like to lift it more but don't want to screw up the handling or quality and don't yet have enough faith in the mechanics around here (North Thailand) to do a body lift on my baby and I am not at all set up over here for getting into much serious work. I need to look into ball-joint spacers to see if they are recommended on this model. I'd like it to have the Pre-Runner look or close to it.
Heres an 2007 Single cab being built into a monster

Nice one, that is a monster, Bead-locks and all! Does that belong to a friend of yours? Is it running the 3.0 turbo diesel? They are supposed to be some crazy torquers!

Armor! I'm thinking skid plates from the front to tranny cross-member and probably low-profile cross-member while I'm at it.. Rear diff armor. Maybe rear bumper and sliders. I'm more worried about bashing the rear bumper thats ATTACHED TO THE BODY than sliders though.

"tubbing" my flatbed on the drivers die, passenger side done. Got to make a mount for my new to me Hi-Lift Jack (maybe on front bumper???), mud proofing ignition, air cleaner and alternator. Front and rear diff, trans and x-fer breathers, install Chevy Blazer bump stops in the rear. Re-route my CB/FM Antenna wires. Lotsa stuff to do in a short amount of time. lol
