Steel Wheels
Okay, when buying steel wheels, does the brand matter? I could get some cragar cheap black steel wheels from summit for about $40 a piece. There are also American Racing black steels, but they are about $70 a piece, or I could go with the black Rock Crawlers for a little more than those. It seems like steel wheels should be pretty similar. Does the brand name matter with steel wheels?

Not really much difference. As long as you can get the correct back spacing and width that you need, go with whatever is cheaper. Some rims are all black, and some like the american racing have the gay pride stripes on them.

I've had two sets of black American Racing wheels and they are okay. The first set got sort of rusty after a couple of years (but I didn't really care). I got the second set 'cause I needed a wider rim. The second set has been wheeled hard for the last three years and lips around the beads are severely bent from rocks. I got my money's worth.
I just bought the Cragars from Summit. They seem to be about the same quality as the American Racing, but I guess it'll take a few years for me to be sure.

I have american racing, and i think they look pretty good...
The line kinda annoyed me in the beginning but you can barely notice it. Hopefully come spring i can "goof off" it off...
for some reason, my "spring car stuff to do" list keeps getting bigger and bigger
