single cab, xtra cab, quad cab

which does everyone prefer? for my tastes, single cabs are the shiznit, and if coupled with a long bed, oh yeah! I think there is too little bed room on a quad cab and xtra cabs just mean more lost stuff back there. what does anyone think?

btw, if anyone had a single cab for sale...

eh,.....wrong section....unless you've got something to sell.

Personally I have a single cab, not enough room. Debating on swapping an Ext. cab onto my frame or cutting the back of the cab out, Ala Trekker style.

I currently drive a single cab. I'm not that tall (5'10") and I feel there is not alot of room. I can't wait until I get my 95 ext. cab on the road.

Probably the only single cabs I do like are the first gens (79 to 83).

I personally prefer extended cabs because I like having the ability to keep possessions inside of the vehicle without sacrificing space.

I also find my 81 is a tight fit for me and I'm no more that 5'9" tall.

personally, if its a full-size, I'll take a quad cab. And long bed.

For compact 4wd, reg short is best. For compact 2wd, I prefer reg long.

I also like the reg cab long box rarities that exist. My best friend happend apon one last year, HOWEVER, I can bearly drive his truck @6'2" so I was forced to the extended cab really.

I've only ever ridden in my xtra cab... not a lot of Toyota trucks around here, especially pre-Tacos.

x2 - especially for a wheelin' truck. Nice to be able to have a cooler or whatnot in the cab where you can get to it.

I would have to pick an xtra cab because of the space my reg cab seems so small

Its nice being able to carry stuff inside the back of the cab. The only truck I would want to be reg cab would be a dedicated 1st gen trail truck.

my opinion, i would love an ext cab, i love the look.
Esp and EXT cab with a long bed, not sure if they made those.

I dont like single cabs with long beds, looks too unproportioned.

ive only ever owned and driven a single cab, yet i would love more room
its all up to you buddy

I love the look of the reg cab long bed but like shaw_j said I like storing stuff in the cab now if only there was a xtra cab long bed that would be sick
