Weber carb and other questions about 87 p/u
Hey, I'm looking to buy an 87 pickup with a totally rebuilt 22r.
Now it's running a stock carb with stock air cleaner and stock exhaust manifold. Would it be benafital to get an aftermarket carb and cleaner with a header? Is the weber carb something I should invest in? Half the year it's -30 and summers it's 100 degrees so I've heard that carbs need to be tweeted for the seasons. (first carbed Toyota)
He said all the ball joints need to be replaced. Is this something I can do myself without spending tons of money? Would it be a one day job kinda deal?
I had more questions but I'm on the crapper at work so I can't remember what they were.
