water in intake maybe? why am i losing power

93 4x4 22re got water in the air intake. wouldnt crank for bout an hour finally got it to crank then had no power and was bogging down and would die. got it homw changed spark plugs air filter and oil put sea foam in gas. drove it about 15 miles then parked it. the next day i drove it and the battery light was on. when i went to crank it back up all i got was tick tick tick from maybe the starter sylenoid. i jumped it off and drove fine for about 5 mins then right back to no power when i floor the gas. why did it run fine for 16 or 17 miles and now back to same thing it all started out to be? im lost and aggrevated please help.

Take off the altenator and have autozone/advance auto check it out on there machine...

Altenator sounds bad. Also check all connections just to be sure...

i realize im losing power because of the water deal but why did it run fine after the tune up for a little while then all of a sudden go right back to acting up? thats what i dont understand.

could be a cracked head or blown headgasket.
