School me on the term "pig"
I hear a lot of people calling Toyotas, mainly Land Cruisers "pigs"
Why is that and whats the history behind it?

Yeah, I was going to say its the weight thing. Pigs are generally heavy for their size, hence some of our 4Runners being heavy for their size and basically "pigs".

It is weight.
I drive an 87 4runner. My friends FJ-40 weighs almost 1500 lbs more than my truck.
Yeah, they're heavy. The FJ-55 is considered the Iron Pig because it is heavier, longer, and tends to "wallow" its way through obstacles. Pretty nigh unstoppable though...
