SAS on a 98 Tacoma
Does anyone have a good idea on the cost of a SAS and what all I will need to do it?
I hear it's not easy and you need fab skills. That's not a problem.
I plan on purchasing a Dana 44 with a driver side diff. From there....what do I need? I know it's a long one.
Is there whole kit's I can buy instead?
Thanks!!

Cost.. 5-8 grand done correctly. That's on leafs.
Add another 2 for links.
Allpro has a whole kit, but it has to be used with their axle. And all together it's 9 grand.
You have alot of reading to do. There's build threads on Pirate4X4 and lots of SAS tech for early model tacomas on TTORA. Whatever you do, search and read before posting a similar thread like this one on either of those sites.
