Here's a some pics of mine. I used 2x2x1/8" square stock to outline the top, then wrapped up in 3/16" plate.
Go down to your local art supply store and buy some black "foam core" and a couple rolls of black masking tape...maybe some cardboard tubes. You can build the whole thing out of this stuff for about $25 in materials, and do it REALLY FAST at that. Any changes you wanna make, and it's a few seconds with a razor blade and you can see how it looks / fits. The cool thing about the stuff is, it comes in 1/8" or 3/16" sheets so it exactly matches the thickness of the steel you'll build your bumper with. They probably don't stock it, but can definitely order it in 40"x60" sheets also in case you need something over the standard 32x40" pieces they have on hand. This way will save you TONS of time, and allow you to easily make it as complex as you want, because when you get done with the foam core mock up, just trace the pieces out on the steel and it'll come out perfect. Plus, you can keep your collapsed template under the bed or in a box just in case someone offers you enough money to build them one too.
Do keep in mind to tack the whole thing together, and don't run continuous beads from one side to the other when finish welding it...even with how solid 3/16" plate seems, that sucker WILL warp more than you think if your not careful.

Unfortunately not. I just built this one by the seat of my pants one peice at a time as it came together. Basically just started at the frame of the truck and worked up and out from there....which turned out to be pretty expensive and time consuming. About 2/3 of the way through the build I got the idea of using foam core to proto the build.
