There are only two sizes as far as physical size that I know of. You should go to the optima website, make a note of the LxWxH and then go and make a measurement of your tray and the space you have, also make sure the hood will close. Then you will know what you need to do from there.....be it a different holder or a bigger tray, or not being able to use the large batt.
I can't tell you for sure since I own a 1st gen. I'm not a big fan of systems, because they always end up being more trouble than good. and they make you're truck a target for theives. But if you do, I suggest search and read up on alternator upgrades and capacitors for your system in addition to the optima battery. You may find that you would like to run two batteries as well. Its all up to you.

You'll want a D34/78 IMO. Most Optimas will fit as most are 7"x10" and fit in the OEM tray easily.
The problem is that they are SHORT compared to a water non sealed battery so you'll need a spacer or a custom battery box/top bracket.
