I'm sure there's others too

first off...get a better job than what you have..because no matter what it is...it wont be enough ..lmao

Total chaos is THE BEST..but it's also the most expensive..somewhere around $5000 for the front..then ya got the rear as well..

Basicly what camo said, to make a fully functional prerunner is some real money. And if your using it for its intended use, your always tearin things up on it. I'm not sure if they have things for that old but camburg is a really good company as well.

Camburg.com

Now I love toyotas but ford rangers as the least expensive and easiest to make a good prerunner out of, I beam front susp, 3 link rear susp. IMO

You revived an OLD thread LOL so Ill throw some input in...

racedezert.com look for deals as well as dezert rangers, chaos is good as is alot of other stuff out there. A-arms have been boxxed designed by almost all fab guys by now but tubing is still a strong enough especially on a light vehicle like a toyota. I had reg. 4 over a-arms on my last silverado and they held up when the whole front end destroyed it self completely so dont think boxxed is the way to go...

As far as rear do some deavers theres also I think chevy springs that fit the rear and bring the rear travel to 16-18" as well. I linked my race truck and my last silverado prerunner was deaavers modified on the frame and mounting points...

Thats about hte start get rid of sway bars they are evil...... Over 12" of travel and they try to violate ye bunghole when they snap and shoot up (dent floor boards or ewven come through under seats LOL).

Buy used, you can find camburg kits as well sometimes realatively inexpensive....

Just my .02 and experience with 12+ years of desert trucks! Fab/Race/Fun

My old Yota

And a couple of my chevy from 4 months ago

Back in 02 I started my truck project, and here we are today with a half built truck. Unless you are loaded or capable of fabricating your own stuff you'll probably end up frustrated like me. Go with uniballs though instead of a ball joint control arm. Good luck!

Like stated before I fab BUT If I was looking for a kit Id rock a used kit. Most of the time they bolt up to the old locations so minimal to no fab needed.
Then go from there, fab work isnt hard just study alot of peoples stuff and remember that if its screwed up you can cut it off and start again. As well as the peice you cut off can be used for gussets nad other stuff so its nopt a total waste...
