Help with gear swap needed

My next (planned) manuver with my pickup is to install lockers front and rear and to install new gears. Thinking 4:56 or 4:88's - not sure yet. Can anyone steer me to a good install thread for the gears? I have done ring and pinion set up before so it's not to me, just not in a Yota. Thanks
