Codes 4,7 and 11 rough idle help needed!!

My 86 22re 4runner is sick I am brand new to wrenching but have been doing my best with a fsm and help from this site. It started with no cold idle up and a bad warm idle that has been progressively getting worse so I changed the plugs, wires cap and rotor, replaced all the 3mm vacuum lines and had a neighbor run a compression test for me all came out ok 135 to 140. At this point it was throwing no codes when check connector jumped. I drove it till the next weekend till i had more time and I started to ohm check as many switches as possible. Everything came back in spec except the ect which I replaced with a yard part that tested good before and after install. That gave me no change so i tried to disconnect the cold start injector while running no change. Next I disconnected the tps while running the idle didn't change when i unplugged or when i plugged it back in. It was after that when 7 and 11 started but no 4 at that time (yesterday). I tried to clear by pulling the efi fuse and they didn't clear. Today I went to see if jumping the check connector while running would change the idle and it didn't but I noticed the temp gauge in the dash jumping around so I pulled the codes again and now 4,7 and 11. I am stumped and running out of things to do so any help would be great I need this truck for work. thanks.
