3 groove crank pulley? for 85 pick-up 4x4
Hey guys,
If you have the P/S option and A/C option on your 85 4x4 pick up do you have a 3 groove crank pulley? My son and I have installed P/S on his truck. He already had A/C. I just got a longer belt and ran both of them off the front pulley and left the rear running the Alternator and water pump. Everything else off the other truck bolted up. I've installed the complete system with all brackets, hoses, and lines and it works great. Problem is the belt is way out of line. It is staying on though.. I was just wondering if it is supposed to have a 3 groove pulley. Maybe I can get one from a junkyard or dealership. If it doesn't have a three groove pulley, how is the belt routed?
Thanks guys for your help. We are making progress!
