So this is maybe dumb, but is it possible to put an xtra cab on my short wheelbase frame? I know I obviously could not use the bed, which is messed up anyways, just seeing if this is even remotely possible. Don't laugh at me too hard hahaha.

Yes you can do it but you have will have to add some body mounts. You can still use the bed if you bob the front of it. Its been covered before. Search.
