Toyota Announces Prices for 2009 Tacoma Pickup
A bold increase maybe to compensate for the huge Tundra incentives. Will help prop up resale on older years, though. This is the time to snag a leftover '08.
"The overall average MSRP for all Tacoma models increases $1,104, or 5.1 percent."

Tacomas rediculously overpriced.
They are good alternatives to the other small trucks out there,
but for 30k, I'd expect a little more.
The 110V outlet in the bed is awesome, though. I think they should include
dual batteries along with that to make it more useful without your truck running

Me, neither, I'm just saying...
The trucks are overpriced to begin with, but I guess you get what you pay for. I drove a Colorado once, jeez, not even close to the Taco. Ford Ranger? My bro has a '99 and they haven't changed since then. Not that nice. Dakota? Do I really have to comment on them? Even with a v8 they feel sluggish and still get crappy gas mileage.
Despite the price, if I was buying a brand new smaller truck, the Taco would be my choice, hands down.
