This may have already been posted before, but I can't seem to find it...
I have a 2005 Tacoma PreRunner V6 SR5 TRD Sport. I've noticed that everytime I start the truck and move it from Park to Drive, then start to drive, I hear a rubbing noise for a brief second coming from what appears to be the front passenger side of the truck.

This only happens the first time I put the truck from Park to Drive and take off. After that, as long as the truck remains on, I can move from Park to Drive without hearing of feeling the rubbing.

No matter how many times I turn the truck on and off, the rubbing noise will always be there for that initial take off...

Has anyone else had this problem, or know what it may be?

maybe it's the pads/rotors releasing?

Anyone else have a thought about what it can be?
A definet answer would be great.

It's the ABS system doing a self check. They all do it. It'll do it everytime you start the truck just as you start to move.
