05 + UCA/CO Install pics.

Well a local TTORA member posted up saying he's taking his truck to ORW for the install..Again..

So Tacodell and Myself decided to give him a hand and save him a couple hundy.

Warning, some of these pics are out of focus.

Old spacer lift

Dells son greg assembling UCA bushings and inner sleevs

You know.

Wouldnt mind it.

Me removing the one clip you need to remove to get the long ass UCA bolt out.

Dell said he was reading something that said you have to take the whole battery and tray out.
Screw that.

Blocks and old U bolts

Half of the truck in question and half of mine. I had to.

RESI'S

After

It had a 2" spacer lift and 2" blocks, Joe just wanted a little something more kush.
I dont think we even lifted it much, Just replaced the cheap lift with the high dollar stuff

One last one :

We spent about an extra hour, Maybe 2 just cranking the drivers side C/O just to combat the taco lean.

Total time to install : 11 hours.
@105* things seem to lag.

Had it been cooler outside it would have been half.

This is my first time EVER working on an 05+, But if you have any questions I might be able to help.

Well we didnt touch the passenger side, I believe we cranked the drivers side 1/2" to 3/4" which raised it about 1-1.25"

It sits just level, But Joe will probably have to crank them a little when they settle.

I need to get me a setup like that, They're sexy.
