who is using Trail gear rear leafs?
Im thinking about picking up trail gears 3" rear leaf packs. Just wondering how far back and forward the mounts have to be moved. And if you've had any trouble with them.

All depends on the rig they are going on. For example, I have a 3rd Gen pickup and on mine my rear mount stayed in the same spot, but the front mount moved forward 5"- I know that on a 2nd gen that the front mount would have had to be moved further forward.

The reason why it matters is because the factory springs on my 3rd gen are 3" longer than the factory springs on your 2nd Gen. You need to move the fixed spring mount (front) based on where the axle needs to be placed under your frame.

I just got the trail gear 3 inch springs and they seem stiff! Jumping on the back bumper with no shocks and it barely even moves. How does everyone else flex with these things. Do they just need broken in or are they that stiff?

I'm looking at some 3" as well. They come with polly bushings already and the shipping is cheaper than anywhere else! Looking at a quote of $214 shipped vs. $278 for OME shipped.
