SAS is deffinatley a good goal, and its on my list. Im saving for a welder. Once i get that, i'll look into doing a SAS myself. Ide look into getting your diff breathers done, and making a snorkel.

SAS has a lot od use, other than rocks. For instance, people who want to run a larger tire on there rig. I dont do rock, mostly mud. but im running 35s and i WILL beat the shnot out of my truck. IFS just doesnt hold up as well as a solid axle. Less parts in a solid axle suspension than IFS. Theres a long lit of why SAS is good

sweet! I had a nissan 240 SX with the SR20det...now i run a 02 VW jetta stage 2 trubo 12 second car WHAOO haha..anyway.

There is a never ending list of mods for your truck...you have to decide what you want first. Peronsally..im at 7 icnhes of lift and 35s. I'll wheel it like that for a while. IN the mean time i plan on building sliders and front/rear bumpers. THAN i'll do the SAS, and run 37s. After that comes the roll cage. You gotta decide whats most important to you. How I PERSONALLY sit now, im capable enough to go where i want..so im gona do armor first.

Sweet. I have a 9 second camaro too

I think when getting into serious wheeling, saftey is important. Hell, sliders can save you a LOT of headache. With $400, you could get a frotn bumper. Check out MARLIN crawlers,ALLPRO. Or you could get a set of sliders, and with the $$ left over build a snorkel

just curious about the lockers... ive noticed if you put the truck in 4 low, then all the wheels drive. isnt this about the equivalent of a locker?
