Who am I and why would I have one of my 3 ports plugged with a screw?
This is on a 92 3.0

He's right. Unless yours is auto, don't worry about it. Manuals have a rubber cap on one of the ports from the factory anyway(mine does).
It looks like somebody busted the nipple off that sucker there, so bye bye went the cap. I'd pull that screw out and fill the hole with some RTV/silicone or epoxy. That's pretty hokey like that.

Well, mine is (of course) automatic. So what is it called and where do it go? Am asking because I can't sort it out in FSM read through. Oh, and BTW I am about to replace the adjacent (to the right in the pic) Cold Start Injector due to idle issues...(and perhaps the crappy electrical tape while I'm at it)

First step, go to the dealer and get a new vacuum diagram sticker for under your hood (assuming you can't read yours) then go through ALL your vacuum lines and make sure everything is 100% straight. The FSM doesn't do a very good job of covering everthing, from what I have found.
