18'' magnaflow muffler is nice not to loud if you want it pretty quiet almost stock like go with a 24'' one then go to a muffler shop and have a 2.25'' cat back bent up www.hottexhaust.com has good prices for mufflers

Its all a matter of opinion in what exhaust sounds best, on my sisters rig we took her muffler out and left the stock cat, it sounds similar-ish to a Jardine, I like Jardine exhausts, a 30" glasspack would sound good too.. Please search next time..

If you have time to post, you have time to search.
Go to your local muffler shop and have a system made, it will be cheaper then any catback you can buy online.

2.25" pipe bent at the muffler shop and 18" or 24" magnaflow muffler (18 is louder than the 24) and 2.25 or maybe even 2.0 to the exhaust tip (by the time the exhaust hits the muffler, the advantages of 2.25 pipe are lost due to exhaust gas cooling).

Well stock pipe size for the 3vze is 2 1/8th. So I would keep it at least stock, but since 2 1/8th piping is pretty damn hard to find, 2.25" is good stuff. No reason to ever go bigger then that though.

Yes. Thats why 2.25" is a perfect size for the 3vze. A little bigger then stock, but not big enough to cause problems that say a 2.5" or bigger would cause.
2 1/8" pipe is almost impossible to find

Yep! Unless your local shop does mandrel bends, but usually they only do popular sizes like 2.5 and 3"... well around here at least.
If you use the crush style bends try to make a system with the least amount of bends. My system only has two bends in it (exits straight out back).

Please try and be a little more considerate of other people's time and the time that they spend answering your questions that have been covered many times on here before.
Thanks,
