Warmup rpms?

Im trying to find out what everyones rpms get up to during warmup. I think my truck (90 22re) goes abnormally high at 2000 rpms but I just cant seem to find anything wrong. So is 2000 rpms during warm up normal?
Thanks

Andy

my 88 was idoling at 2500 before. It prolly shouldn't be idoling higher than 1500 even during warm up.

my 95 does around 2000. now i know for a fact that i have a vacuum leak, the problem is finding it. i am hoping that this is my culprit.... also, if i press the throttle lever under the hood down, she goes down to about 1100+-. i hope it has nothing to do with the cable though.

it could be a vacuum leak (you can find it by using a propane torch that is not lit and go over the engine until your idle spikes), or you IAC could be screwy. There is no adjustment on the EFI. You can do an Ohm test to see if the controller is any good
