Question Should I cut the bumper holder away?

Should I cut the bumper holder away I think it looks dumb but not sure if Ill need it in the future

If its what I think it is, I trimmed mine...

use photobucket.. free webhosting.. then i wont have to guess

If you are going to stick with the tube bumper, I would cut it off.

or just paint it black, and no one will ever notice it.
