The valve covers are known to leak at the back, or just all around. Get a light and a mirror and start lookin. Id get some brake cleaner and wipe everything down, then after a few days take a look again and see if theres any new spots.
My oil pan gasket leaks so it makes it look like my rear main is leaking. If your rear main is leaking, you can get oil on your clutch and toast your clutch.
When I replaced my clutch the rear main looked brand new, im guessing this seal had 100k on it, but I replaced mine since i was in there. youve gotta pull the flexplate/flywheel to replace the seal by the way.

It could be that rear main. Check the valve cover gaskets first, those are easy to replace (you have to pull the upper plenum tho, its easy).
If its not your valve cover gaskets, or your oil pan, id pull the tranny again and replace that seal.
Do you see any oil spots under your truck?
