Not another exhaust question!

Alright, I have been reading through exhaust threads all day and believe it or not I haven’t found what I was looking for.

I need a new exhaust system for my 1988 4runner (cat back at least).

I really don’t want it much louder than stock, but I still want it to flow well (I know, cake and eat it too situation).

Does anyone sell a bolt in cat back that fits this requirement, or am I stuck with just ordering up something like a Flow master 50 series SUV muffler and have the pipes all made up at a local exhaust shop?

I'm by no means the expert on the subject, but I haven't ever seen a kit that's meant to be stock sounding.

Thank Jonny,

Has anyone here put on a Flowmaster 50 suv, 50 big block, or 70 series on their 22re?

Does anyone know why the headman and hooker headers only list for pickup trucks and 4Runners? Every other head manufacture makes a header that fits both.

thanks again
