Well I got one better. Go into the automotive repair section of the yello pages and look up leaf springs under autmotive. They will re-arch them for like 100 bucks and be good as new at a place that does it.

JC Whitney carries a set that is supposed to be fairly decent.

If you want NEW OEM Leaf Springs, you are out of luck. Discontinued parts.
Downey makes some direct replacements, but I hear mixed reviews...
Of course there are lots of QUALITY aftermarket springs, but your talking getting back to stock height correct? no lift?

Search here on YT for some threads of folks who have used them, seems that they worked OK. Here is a page with information/links on other option:
http://www.4crawler.com/4x4/ForSale/...es.shtml#FAQ14

Or get a 2nd set of used springs and build up a custom spring pack. I run one in front of my '85 (built from 2 stock rear spring packs) and it works very well:
http://www.4crawler.com/4x4/4R_suspe...II.shtml#Front

I get almost no lift out of it but it rides and flexes great:

you would not want a set of new OEM springs anyways. They sagged from the factory, it was just the way they were designed.

add-a-leafs IMHO. Thats what I did for my 86 4runner. Sits up correctly and rides just as well.

I tried 3 different sets of AAL's on my '89 all of them were pretty much flat after one or who wheeling trips. Maybe they have gotten better but I think you need a healthy spring pack.

So why not try the JC Whitney or getting the stockers re-arched?
