Look for a hole behind the front tire .

The tire throws up the water making it even worse .

Pull back the carpet and sound proofing you will find it .

An inch of water should be easy to find!!

Do you run straight water in your cooling system??

I would think you could smell antifreeze

Has the coolant level been dropping ??

That just may have had a little something to do with moisture in your vehicle

Maybe your cowl drain is clogged and water is pooling there and when vent is in fresh air mode, it sucks some of that water in?

Cowl screen design is flawed. It allows leaves, etc. in only to be trapped in the drain that is too small.

heck behind your mudflaps and see if you have debris there. That could be a sign of a clogged cowl and drain vents.

Will do I'm doing another complete look over as I am planing for a overland trip and will be out in the middle of nowhere in the snow in the northern cascades so I'll be posting in my build thread soon. The north west is supposed to get close to 30 inches of snow here this next week!!!
