Missing idle air controls screw

Dose anyone know what this part is called today when I drove my car it was making a funny sound and I noticed when I popped the hood its missing?

1991 Toyota tercel

not familiar with tercels, but that looks like the throttle body and the missing part would be the idle air bypass adjustment screw
