Fresh rebuilt 22-re idle surge
okay guys, as the title states i have a fresh rebuilt mtor in my 4runner with about 20 miles on it but, theres always a but lol, when it warms up after a few minutes and you hit the brakes the idle goes way down and comes back up and keeps doing that until you release the breaks and it goes back to normal. Also, if you hit the brakes it does it, but if you engage the power steering by turning the wheel or holding it turned all the way it will stop surging. Im 99% sure it has to do with vacum, but i have looked and cant find anything that looks like its leaking.
Any help will be much appreciated and i know you awesome guys at YT will help me get this figured out quick! anymore questions just ask

One of two things...
Number one, You're idle screw is turned up to high...To fix this adjust your idle down to 750RPM's when its warm.
Number two, Coolant Temperature Sensor. On the front of the motor on the passenger side, $20.00 or so from Autozone. Cheap and easy to replace.
Im 99.9% sure its one of these two.

The white hex head knob is the idle up valve:

The idle screw in the big slotted screw on top of the throttle body.

Just finishing up my rebuild as well, had my injectors done by Wichthunter. Your gremlins almost made me think it could have been your Auxillary Air Valve. If it acts up again something to keep in mind i geuss...
