Doing some preventative maintenance, fuel pump replacement..Mount plate PN?
I need to lift my fiberglass bed up and replace the rubber bushings and while I have it up in the air I think I might put a new fuel pump in the tank, the metal lines on the top are looking pretty bad and with 190,000 miles on the stock 1988 pump it has to be about ready to fail and leave me somewhere... I would think anyway!... Anyway I found the pump on Densos site PN 9500150 and the gasket PN 9540005 and can get them on Amazon for a pretty good deal, the only part Im not finding is the mounting plate that holds the pump... I HATE my local dealership and wont ever go back there so if somone has a PN so I can order one that would be great! Are there any other parts needed to swap a fuel pump that I will need once I get started? Im also getting ready flush my trans and take my rear drive shaft to have it balanced... I was going to sell my old 88 but have decided to feed it some more Thanks again! ~Matt

get the little bolts that mount the fuel pump mounting bracket as well. when i replaced mine they were far from usable and had to replace them. As for the pn you got me i would call a dealer, any dealer and ask them. Check and replace all fuel lines that are questionable as well. check all the way up to the fuel rail. May as well do it right before some thing strands you or worse. Don't ask me how i know.

For Toyota part #'s, use toyoDIY
For parts illustration with numbers , I use http://www.toyotapartszone.com/
Both are great reference sites ... If you dunt like your local dealer try toyotapartszone.com, they have great prices!
Good luck with your maintenance.
