Clutch slipping!!!

Well I searced for a little bit and couldn't find exactly was needed to replace a clutch so here we go. I have a 1992 toyota picup 2wd and it currently has 114,000 miles on it. More and more lately the clutch has been slipping terribly. It at first did it in 4th and 5th gear and now it is starting to do it in 3rd gear. It is a 5 speed also. I was thinking of doing it myself but I want to make sure it gets done right and I don't skip any steps. I have plenty of mechanic experience so its shouldn't be a problem. thanks for your input.

You can probably find generic clutch replacement instructions for a rear wheel drive vehicle somewhere on the net, a Toyota isn't much different from any other.
But anyway here's what you do
1. Remove shifter from inside.
2. Jack up vehicle, USE STURDY STANDS, don't go working under there relying on a hydraulic jack.
3. Drop drive shaft.
4. Remove starter, and unbolt exhaust from tranny if it's bolted on. I unbolted mine from the manifold as well, gets it out of the way.
5. Loosen tranny to engine bolts, leave them in for now.
6. Support rear of tranny, remove cross member to tranny bolts and remove cross member from frame.
7. If you have a tranny jack put it under tranny and remove bolts holding it to engine.
8. Manouver tranny back, this can be fun some need to be rotated to one side. I've only done a 93 4wd so I don't know how hard a 2wd will be. You have to get it far enough back so the input shaft clears the clutch assembly.
9. Lower tranny and get it out of the way.
10. Unbolt pressure plate bolts from flywheel and remove presure plate and clutch.
11. Remove throwout bearing from bell housing.
And as they say in all repair manuals reverse procedure to install.

You should also get the flywheel resurfaced, and maybe replace the crankshaft pilot bearing.

Edit: just looked at the manual and I forgot one thing, unbolt clutch slave cylinder from bell housing.
