cheapest place to buy 2nd gen chrome brushguard or bull/lightbar?

I need a basic, chrome brushguard, bull bumper, or lightbar for 2 Hellas; nothing fancy, nothing expensive. It must fit my 95 4Runner. There was guy on Ebay selling brand new chrome bumpers/bars that did not cover the headlights for $99 and reasonable shipping, but he's out of stock for months. I've looked at JC Whitney and regularly check Ebay. Other suggested sellers, websites, stores that are cheap?

If you have a Pepboys near you they sell Westin bullbars for less than $100. I think I got my bull bar and brush gaurds for like $150. Thay come seperately.

hektikwon, I called my nearest PepBoys today, and they tell me they have only 1 model that fits my 95 4Runner, and it costs $419. It covers the lights, which I don't need, but that is all they have. I mentioned what you said about the $150 models, and he said he had none anywhere near that price.
PBs is crazy if they think they'll sell many brushguards for over $400.

Can anyone suggest another cheap source?

Thanks.
