there that's all ya need to know

however, with glass fenders...there is no more rust
not THAT expensive. some looks really good. easy to work with and fix. easy to paint and no corrosion.

I've googled it as a posibility a few times over the years. lots of sites come up i think the best was something like www.toyotafiberglass.com....?

costs alot more to get a set of glass fenders shipped to ya...than it does to scour the junkyard for some good straight stock ones

Alfio, 3 or 4 years ago i had very similar damage to my 90 pickup. The radiator support was pushed in, head light gone,, ect ect. you get the point. I like many toy owners am a bit of a do it yourselfer. I found cheap parts and pulled the radiator support back out and installed the new bumper and head light. The sum of the parts was cheap and was a combination of used junkyard parts and cheap cerifit parts. Like some have stated before in this thread yes the cheapo certifit parts rust and turn to crap in short order so don't go that route. The junkyard parts on the other hand aren't bad and still holding up to this day. For the bumper sorry man you're either going to spend a pretty penny on a good toyota one (if you can find one) or go the beefy aftermarket route. I, after wasting my money on a cheapo replacement bumper, went the beefy route and will never go back. Why just replace with cheapo after parts when you can go one better?

find used fenders if you can and yes they are easy to pull of a junkyard truck. then disassemble the front end and find out what you need to replace. In my experience, which was similar to yours, these trucks can take one helluva lick and incur less damage than you'll give it credit for. Looks to me as though most of the damage is cosmetics and can be fixed with a few junkyard parts. I just replaced the bumper and the headlight bezel. After some "convincing" with a hammer and dolly the fender came back to a good spot and the radiator support did as well. Start tearing into it you never know what you're capable of until you try it.

My 94 Was bumped like that. I put a used hood & fender on it. I actually like the extra space I have between the core support & the grill. I put a pusher fan in there for the ac.

decided to keep the truck and rebuild it. had to wrestle with the insurance but in the end they were fair and i will have enough to do a good job with quality parts. i'm going to try to do things myself and i will start a build thread to show the fix and upgrades that are inevitably coming (mightymouse's advice sounds just right). thanks all

Just bought a 94 with the same damage on the driver's side, but mine was only bumper and up, the frame wasn't touched. I took apart the front end and used a rubber mallot and muscles to get it back into decent shape. A new light bezel and some zip ties later, it looks great. It'll be my daily soon, but I don't care how it looks, it's a truck and I can throw it through the woods or down a hill without a care. I've got an mr2 if I want to drive something that looks good.

Glad you didn't get rid of it.
