Bleeding oil.

( 94 3.0 3vz) Well I need some help, got my 4runner running again after a rebuild and its still noisy, but it sounds like valves. So my question is: Where the heck could it be bleeding oil from? It does not leak on start up, and the leak does not appear until about 3-3.5k RPMs. It is not coming from the oil pan/oil pump gasket. My other question is, could the crank seal leak like that? Any ideas where my leak is coming from? The leak is not coming from the top of the oil pump...

Also, how do you pull the motor without pulling the tranny? How can you get the crossover off with it still in the bay?
