Any Toyota techs out there????

I have a 95 toyota 4runner SR5 4x4 auto with the 3.0 3vze engine.. I am in need of some various wiring and different parts to repair my truck.. I am looking for a wrecked or totaled donor to get my parts...

My question is this: What choices of models and years can I consider? I have been told most of the T100's and Tacomas within similar years and that have the 3vze will be compatible. If it has the 3.0 3vze, should I assume it would work?
I fried some wiring and clips right in the top left corner of the engine bay.. and toyota tells me I can buy some of these parts from them as they are discountinued... So that brings me to my donor/salvage search..

CAn anyone help me determine what my "other toyota truck" choices are that will work? I was told that if the fourth digit of the VIN was a V, then it would be the same engine/components as mine/./

Thanks in advance
yota

i'll let you know that no tacomas will have these parts because no tacomas came with this engine.

Look for a pickup or 4runner from 1992-1995. The 3vze changed a little in 1992.

thanks alot guys!

I am correct in thinking it needs to be a 4x4 auto to match perfectly? or can a 2x4 manual work the same?
Any advice is appreciated!!

PM DeathCougar on here, he works at Nix99, a Toyota/Lexas yard. They might have what you can't get at the stealership. He's very knowledgable, and fast service.
