95 runner electrical problem pleez help if you can!

While driving my 95 runner it just totally shut off on me in the middle of the highway. Lights everything except for the red lights in the dash. I was able to turn off the key and stat it back up fine but it has done this ever since randomly and often like 4 or 5 times in 15 minutes. I've had to quit driving it. I checked the codes and none. My charger says the battery is fully charged. I have a voltage checker that goes in the cigarette lighter and it says 11.56 or so with just the key turned on. a little low to me. I have a year old or less alternator on in so thats shouldn't be the problem. any trouble shooting ideas?

Check the wiring and connectors, particularly the leads from the + battery to the underhood fuseblock.
