'94 5vz Swap Engine High RPM Vibration
Hey guys,
Finished the 5VZ swap into my 94 Pickup recently. It's been perfect so far, except I have excess engine RPM-related vibration, becoming noticeable around 2200 rpm and increasing to become harsh nearing 3000 rpm. It's enough to make want to stay below 60 mph! It is not drivetrain related, as it occurs in neutral as well. Does not change with load.
When I did the swap I installed a brand new clutch, flywheel and pressure plate (3VZ) from O'reillys. Obviously not OEM, but I still cannot believe that a brand new flywheel would be that far off balance as to be un-acceptable!
Any other suggestions or comments? Really don't want to pull the trans AGAIN.
Thanks,
Matt
